How much space do you need to set up the simulator?
We typically need a flat, level area of about 18 ft long × 16 ft wide × 12 ft high.
Do guests need to bring their own golf clubs?
Guests are welcome to bring their own clubs, but we can also provide a set of clubs for casual players so everyone can join in.
How far will you travel for an event?
We're based in Charlotte, NC and regularly serve the surrounding area. We're happy to drive farther for larger events—just let us know the location and we'll quote travel upfront.
Can the simulator be used outdoors?
Yes — backyards, driveways, and patios are all popular setups. It doesn't need to be covered, so we'll just plan around the weather on event day.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor setups we watch the forecast and make the call with you on event day. If rain looks likely, we'll reach out before setup so we can decide the best path forward together.
What is included in the rental?
Every rental includes the simulator bay, projector, impact screen, hitting turf, and access to world-class courses. Setup, breakdown, and on-site support are also included.
